This is an advanced, multimedia reporting course with a strong focus on community engagement and data about Latino populations. Students work on stories at an advanced journalistic level developing strong reporting and narrative skills. They will learn a variety of reporting techniques, including traditional reporting, community engagement and listening methods, and put them into practice in weekly exercises and assignments.
